According to a report from RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins, Paris Saint-Germain have reached a total agreement with Napoli for the transfer of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (23). The Georgian international is expected to soon arrive in Paris where Fabrizio Romano writes he will sign a five-year contract.
After meeting for negotiations yesterday, it has been confirmed that the two clubs have reach a preliminary agreement on a transfer fee estimated at €70 million. However, performance-related bonuses might raise the final cost to about €80 million.
It is believed that the player and Les Parisiens have already reached a personal agreement. As a definite replacement for Kylian Mbappé (25), Kvaratskhelia has long been a target for PSG, who sought to sign him in the summer.
There seemed to be major obstacles in the road even a few months ago. However, PSG jumped at the chance to recruit the Georgian when Napoli opened the door for a move in recent weeks.
