Real Madrid says Rodrygo is not for sale
Real Madrid will not sell Rodrygo no matter the offer
On paper, Real Madrid has the best attacking trio in Europe, if not the entire world. After struggling to click early in the season, Vinicius Jr., Kylian Mbappe, and Rodrygo have since settled in and started scoring goals for fun.
The three of them scored in Real Madrid’s triumph over Pachuca in the International Cup. Some have questioned Rodrygo’s future at the club because he is often sacrificed when Carlo Ancelotti decide to rotate players, leaving Vinicius Jr. and Kylian Mbappe as the attack’s stalwarts.
With Endrick, Arda Guler, and Brahim Diaz on the bench behind the starting three, Real Madrid has a bit of an offensive overload. Some people worry if any of these attackers could be sold, with Rodrygo being singled out as a possible target.
Recent rumours, however, state that the team has stated their position over the possible sale of their Brazilian attacker. No matter the cost, Real Madrid has no interest in selling their attacker.
Recent rumors from Spain
According to a recent AS update, Real Madrid views Rodrygo as an essential component of the team’s future plans and is not even considering allowing him leave the team under any circumstances.
Although Rodrygo has had several ups and downs since joining Los Blancos in 2019, he has emerged as one of Carlo Ancelotti’s most crucial players in the last few seasons. Even though the Brazilian only finished the season with six goals and three assists across all competitions, his influence on games is still noticeable.
Rodrygo is currently valued at about €110 million, but that amount is meaningless because Real Madrid has no plans to let the attacker go. Although it has been reported that clubs like Manchester City and Liverpool are interested in the player, fortunately for Real Madrid supporters, any transfer for the player is unlikely.
